As a graduate of the seminar Surpassing Your Limits, you have the opportunity to further increase the ease, elegance, and impact of your work. The commitment to creativity, the freedom from deadlocked positions, and the discovery of new possibilities that you achieved in the seminar will be additionally strengthened through the Contextual Coaching course.
By learning Contextual Coaching, you can help others find a new perspective with fresh, new thoughts and useful solutions for unsatisfying conditions. You can open the pathway for them to recognize new, positive possibilities in unpleasant life circumstances, to grasp these and thereby achieve extraordinary results regardless of the circumstances.
Following your participation in Surpassing Your Limits you will naturally develop your own style to express and achieve Excellence. Everyone does this in their own way and own rhythm. Everyone who is intent on cultivating Excellence in line with the seminar Surpassing Your Limits will achieve a broad spectrum of success.
Often you overcome great obstacles in a simple and nearly natural way. Other times you experience uncertain, unclear, and discouraging moments. Then it seems as if Excellence is not attainable, or you get the feeling that you understand it in theory, but you don’t have the skill to put it into practice. But since we know that in fact nothing separates us from Excellence, this makes us feel frustrated. In the three-day Coaching Course, you will gain the knowledge and the skill to smooth out this unevenness on the way to your successful goals and Vision.
Contextual Coaching is the most effective way we have available today to get from a dead-end situation to our desired goal. Through the coaching process – using targeted questioning – the client gains a new perspective which opens up new, practical, and effective solutions in the shortest time. Contextual Coaching continually creates new contexts through which a situation or a “problem” can be viewed anew. New perspectives with new possibilities are continually opened for the client – not through a set, traditional method, but rather through a constantly fresh creative process. In this way, the client can see things clearly, tackle the issue efficiently, and ultimately reach the desired goal.
Contextual Coaching was founded in the 1980’s by Dr. Robert Shaw, M.D. and is practiced in the USA. In the last 32 years Prof. Dr. Peter Warschawski has continuously developed and refined this coaching model and established it in Europe.
The practical work in the seminar is based on your projects and problems. That is why to participate in the course, you are required to bring at least five projects or problems with you to resolve that you have identified as difficult or even seemingly impossible.
These projects and problems can be from your work or your private life and may be either of a technical or relationship nature. It is also expected that all the participants of the Coaching Course will review the information from the seminar Surpassing Your Limits in order to have that knowledge accessible and operational for the work.
Only graduates of the seminar Surpassing Your Limits – executives of upper and middle management, entrepreneurs, artists, professional athletes, and all who want to live an extraordinary life.
The number of participants is limited. Reservations are accepted on a first-come, first-serve basis. Should the seminar be full, we will gladly place your name on the waiting list and contact you as soon as a space is available.
The Coaching Course takes place on three consecutive days from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. The seminar leader’s instruction is followed by intensive, practical work for the analysis and resolution of the projects and problems you brought with you. The work is done in groups with constant supervision and coaching by the seminar leader. You are requested to review the day’s material at night.
Your participation requires you to be present for the entire course without interruption. Otherwise not only your work, but the work of your course partners will suffer.
The three days are structured so that you will make a significant step toward the integration of Excellence in your practical work and therefore in your life.
After a review of the central aspects of the seminar Surpassing Your Limits and an introduction into the discipline of Contextual Coaching, you will move on to practical working sessions. Using actual issues from your professional or your private life, you practice the practical application. If you get stuck, you will be coached. In this way you learn to coach yourself and others.
