YOUR ADVANTAGE

It’s not the circumstances that create success, but the way you position yourself in relation to the circumstances.  Success depends on your inner competence. The greatest clarity and the finest self-management skills will lead to extraordinary results.

In this seminar, situations and projects that have ground to a halt can be revived and brought to success through coaching and consulting. You continue and deepen the process of Excellence you began in Surpassing Your Limits.  You refresh and reinforce the insights learned by working with your current projects and your unrealized goals so you can bring them to the desired result.

You will leave with innovative strategies to handle your unfinished projects or concerns

The work and the discussions take place in an informal, free, and open atmosphere that enables you to develop new, personal, and hands-on possibilities.  Dr. and Mrs. Warschawski lead you through the days with their input and unwavering focus on Excellence.  Alternately as coach or consultant, they see to it that all the participants achieve their desired results.

You LEARN TO

  • Refresh and reinforce what you learned in Surpassing Your Limits
  • Create absolute clarity to handle professional and personal plans, tasks, and goals in the context of Excellence and in line with your personal Vision
  • Open new perspectives on personal or professional issues that matter to you
  • Broaden and strengthen your self-management skills
  • Exchange ideas and support with fellow participants

GOAL AND CONTENTS OF THE SEMINAR

In Surpassing Your Limits you worked through the complete theory of clear thinking and conscious self-management.  You acquired the ideas and strategies necessary to develop these on your own.

But things are the way they are.  Deadlines draw ominously closer, the phone rings incessantly, employees always do something other than what you intended, and at home they also expect things from you.  “So what was that again about Excellence?”

The presuppositional structure glories in this state of affairs.  It gallops in on its high horse, and like a savior in shining armor, it works like mad to create order from this chaos.  Is it the most creative order, the most efficient or most elegant order?  It doesn’t matter.  It is the order you are familiar with.  And right away you’re trapped again – you become once again the servant of the presuppositional structure, which actually means well, but cannot allow you to think anything new.

Reaching for new, as yet undiscovered, possibilities is something you can only do by letting go of the presuppositional structure and working in the context of Excellence.

Direct, hands-on treatment of your personal projects, goals, and interests is beyond the scope of the Surpassing Your Limits seminar.

But this seminar is different.  Here you determine the content of the seminar, based on the five topics you bring with you.  Whether your topic concerns people or projects, whether it is in the professional or the personal realm, you create the clarity about the issue, your stance, and your inner resources that allows you to elegantly meet the challenge.

Here you roll up your sleeves and get to work among colleagues.

Following a review of Surpassing Your Limits, you will work on topics of your choice in the exclusive company of former participants.  Led by Dr. and Mrs. Warschawski, you will move from theory to practice.  Your thought process will be sharpened through practical application.  Inspired by your goals and your vision, you will develop your personal soft skills: self-awareness, self-management, motivation, insight, and interpersonal finesse.  You will raise your self-esteem, hardiness, flexibility, creativity, and confidence in dealing with obstacles and change.  At the end of Your Vision in Action you will know how you want to master your challenges.

THE SEMINAR LEADERS

Dr. Warschawski holds a Ph.D. in Applied-Clinical Psychology from the University of Zurich as well as a Master of Arts in psychology and a Master of Education from the Johns Hopkins University, Baltimore, Maryland.  His academic positions have included professorships at the University of Maryland School of Medicine and the Baltimore Hebrew University (today Towson University).

Founder and president of DR. WARSCHAWSKI, LLChe consults and coaches top management, as well as professional athletes and performing artists in the achievement of personal success.

His many years of business experience in Europe and the USA, together with his expertise in human potential and his years of practice as a contextual psychotherapist, allow him to train all the hard and soft skills for personal and professional success.  Challenging and compassionate, he enables participants and clients to develop their inner qualities that transform technical skills and “know how” into true mastery.

Working with Contextual Therapy founder Robert Shaw, M.D., Dr. Warschawski became one of the original proponents of Contextual Therapy and Coaching.  For over 30 years he has continuously developed this coaching orientation, and its establishment in the USA and Europe is due to his pioneer work in the field.

Dr. Warschawski created the seminar SURPASSING YOUR LIMITS to help successful people function on a level of achievement and well-being far beyond the outcome of traditional training courses.

He is the originator of the concept of the Vision-Led Organization and personally designed the process for organizations to establish themselves as a Vision-Led Organization – either from a startup position or as a conversion from a traditional hierarchical organization.

Dr. Warschawski gives seminars and lectures in America and Europe and is a consultant, coach, and therapist on both continents.  He maintains a private practice for contextual psychotherapy and contextual coaching in Baltimore, Maryland, USA, where he lives with his family.

Rosemary Warschawski completed her Bachelor of Liberal Arts in Social Sciences at the Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore, MD with distinction.  She is the co-founder of the Achievement Consulting Firm, DR. WARSCHAWSKI, LLC, where she is active in the conception, presentation, and marketing of the firm’s services.

She works as co-leader of top management seminars on topics of communication, performance, motivation, and partnership relations.  Seminar participants especially appreciate Mrs. Warschawski’s unique ability to connect with them in a way that facilitates their individual and personal commitment to the seminars’ concepts.

In addition to her activities as an editor and PR consultant, Rosemary Warschawski is active on many organizational boards where she has been either chair or member of Planning, Fundraising, and/or Marketing Committees.

Because she enjoys and is committed to continuing adult education, for years she has been a popular lecturer in the community forum, “For Women by Women” in Baltimore and has presented lectures to women’s organizations in Switzerland and Germany on the topic of Tolerance.

As a very “hands on” mother she spent several years as president of the Parent Teacher’s Association – as well as member of the board of her children’s private school in Baltimore.

She continues her dedication to education in her current work as founding and ongoing board member of the new, innovative, and highly successful private school attended by a number of her grandchildren. In addition she serves on the school’s marketing and development committees.

Rosemary Warschawski lives in her native Baltimore with her husband and family.
