GOAL AND CONTENTS OF THE SEMINAR

The way you as a leader think and feel about yourself profoundly influences all aspects of your life, including your work, health, wealth, status, relationships, and parenting.

Your thoughts about who you are and your intrinsic value shape your behavior.  Feelings of high self-esteem and self-worth are fundamental to your success.

No judgment you make is more important than the judgment you make about yourself.  Self-esteem is the key to self-awareness and to your perception of others.  Positive feelings of self-worth are a prerequisite for successful work and life experience.

The higher your self-esteem, the greater your chances are that you will be creative in your work rather than ritualistic and traditional.  Your innovative outlook will be your best insurance for success in a time of ever quickening change. With high self-esteem you enter into supportive relationships and sidestep destructive ones.  You create health, vitality, and openness in your life, and you approach others with respect, generosity, and goodwill.  You will experience greater joy and a higher level of well-being in your life.

PARTICIPANTS

Entrepreneurs, managers in leadership positions of executive and middle management, as well as adults who wish to further their own and others’ self-esteem.

THE SEMINAR FORMAT

The seminar is conducted in two acts, each on two consecutive days from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.  On the first and second evenings, all participants will view movies illustrating the topic.

Unlike traditional workshops, this seminar is designed to go beyond learning strategies.  More than simply receiving exciting information, you will already experience in the course of the seminar how it feels to increase your self-esteem and success in your professional and personal life.

To enhance this process, the participants are urged to avoid interruptions from outside for the duration of the seminar and to keep the evenings free for the movies, for individual homework assignments, and for the review of the day’s material.

THE SEMINAR LEADER

Dr. Warschawski holds a Ph.D. in Applied-Clinical Psychology from the University of Zurich as well as a Master of Arts in psychology and a Master of Education from the Johns Hopkins University, Baltimore, Maryland.  His academic positions have included professorships at the University of Maryland School of Medicine and the Baltimore Hebrew University (today Towson University).

Founder and president of DR. WARSCHAWSKI, LLC, he consults and coaches top management, as well as professional athletes and performing artists in the achievement of personal success.

His many years of business experience in Europe and the USA, together with his expertise in human potential and his years of practice as a contextual psychotherapist, allow him to train all the hard and soft skills for personal and professional success.  Challenging and compassionate, he enables participants and clients to develop their inner qualities that transform technical skills and “know how” into true mastery.

Working with Contextual Therapy founder Robert Shaw, M.D., Dr. Warschawski became one of the original proponents of Contextual Therapy and Coaching.  For over 30 years he has continuously developed this coaching orientation, and its establishment in the USA and Europe is due to his pioneer work in the field.

He is the originator of the concept of the Vision-Led Organization and personally designed the process for organizations to establish themselves as a Vision-Led Organization – either from a startup position or as a conversion from a traditional hierarchical organization.

Dr. Warschawski developed the seminar SUCCESS AND SELF ESTEEM – A SYNERGY out of his vision to help people function on a level of excellence, achievement, and well-being that allows them to live the life they truly want to enjoy. This uplifting seminar far exceeds the outcome of traditional training courses.

Dr. Warschawski gives seminars and lectures in America and Europe and is a consultant, coach, and therapist on both continents.  He maintains a private practice for contextual psychotherapy and contextual coaching in Baltimore, Maryland, USA, where he lives with his family.
